VivaUnit Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to VivaUnit. This policy outlines our position on refunds for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription plans.
Subscription Fees
All fees for VivaUnit subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (either monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription fee has been processed, it will not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the Service.
- Your failure to use the Service or cancellation of your account during the subscription term.
- Downgrading your subscription plan.
- Termination of your account for a violation of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription term.
Free Trial
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period ends and your paid subscription begins, this no-refund policy will apply.

رسوم الاشتراك

سياسة عدم الاسترداد
نظرًا لطبيعة خدمتنا الرقمية، لدينا سياسة صارمة لعدم استرداد الأموال. بمجرد معالجة رسوم الاشتراك، لن يتم استردادها، كليًا أو جزئيًا، لأي سبب من الأسباب، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- رضاك أو عدم رضاك عن الخدمة.
- عدم استخدامك للخدمة أو إلغاء حسابك خلال فترة الاشتراك.
- تخفيض خطة اشتراكك.
- إنهاء حسابك بسبب انتهاك شروط الخدمة الخاصة بنا.
الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت عن طريق الوصول إلى إعدادات حسابك. سيصبح الإلغاء ساري المفعول في نهاية دورة الفوترة المدفوعة الحالية. ستستمر في الوصول إلى الخدمة حتى نهاية تلك الفترة. لن يتم إصدار أي مبالغ مستردة تناسبية للجزء غير المستخدم من فترة اشتراكك.
الفترة التجريبية المجانية
إذا كنت في فترة تجريبية مجانية، فيمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت قبل انتهاء الفترة التجريبية لتجنب تحصيل الرسوم. بمجرد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية وبدء اشتراكك المدفوع، سيتم تطبيق سياسة عدم الاسترداد هذه.
