VivaUnit End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: August 8, 2025
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VivaUnit LLC ("VivaUnit," "we," "us," or "our") for the VivaUnit software platform and services ("Service").
Your access to and use of the Service is not governed by this EULA, but rather by our primary legal agreement, the Terms of Service.
Our Terms of Service include a "License to Use the Service" section which grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service subject to your compliance with the terms outlined therein. All rules, restrictions, and conditions regarding your use of the VivaUnit software are detailed in our Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه ("EULA") هي اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين شركة VivaUnit LLC ("VivaUnit"، "نحن"، "لنا") بخصوص منصة وخدمات برامج VivaUnit ("الخدمة").
إن وصولك إلى الخدمة واستخدامك لها لا يخضعان لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه، بل يخضعان لاتفاقيتنا القانونية الأساسية، وهي شروط الخدمة.
تتضمن شروط الخدمة الخاصة بنا قسماً بعنوان "رخصة استخدام الخدمة" والذي يمنحك رخصة محدودة وغير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل وقابلة للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة، وذلك رهناً بامتثالك للشروط الموضحة فيها. جميع القواعد والقيود والشروط المتعلقة باستخدامك لبرنامج VivaUnit مفصلة في شروط الخدمة الخاصة بنا.
باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك تقر وتوافق على أنك ملزم بـ شروط الخدمة و سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
